- Manage and mentor junior estimators.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction sector (5+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate and comprehensive cost reports.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with estimating software and a keen eye for detail.
