Candidate Profile Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successfully estimating and managing costs for complex projects. Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost estimation techniques. Technical skills: Proficient in estimation software and tools, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
