The Senior Finance Administrator (Transportation EMEAI) (12 month FTC) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to provide financial and administrative support to the EMEAI Transportation Team. This position is part of the Logistics and Distribution EMEAI department and the role will be based on site in our Clare facility. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the EMEAI Transportation Team and report to the Director Transportation EMEAI responsible for transportation service, quality and cost in the EMEAI region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Work with the third-party freight audit company Process transportation invoices Support with transport budgeting, monthly accruals and forecasting process The essential requirements of the job include: Great computer aptitude, including PC skills (MS Excel) Education related to economics, accounting, logistics and/or information science Comfortable and able to thrive with a high level of autonomy and work independently and flexible in a cross-functional matrix managed team environment It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Supply chain, logistics and/or transportation environment(s) Freight audit platforms Please note: Senior Finance Administrator (Transportation EMEAI) is the external job title used for advertising, should you be successful your internal and official job title will be Senior Coordinator Transportation EMEAI Skills: Invoicing Auditing Accounting Pc Literate work independently
