AMCS are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Global Finance team based in Limerick. This is a highly visible commercial role providing strategic, analytical, and operational support to the Leadership Teams across the Global Product Business Units. Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, the role will also act as a bridge between the business and centralised finance teams ensuring alignment and execution. As a key driver of change and improvement, this senior role will operate as a strategic partner and provides an opportunity to influence key investment decisions and support the delivery of business goals. Key responsibilities: Accountable for the global RD Budget. Develop partnerships with the product leadership teams providing strategic support and financial guidance thereby informing decision making and driving business performance. Lead all product financial and commercial business modelling providing insights beyond numbers. Filter complex data into actionable insights and leverage data-driven approaches for decision-making and problem-solving. Provide financial advice to enable the execution of business priorities and drive accountably. Manage the investment forecast process for the Product and Development teams, driving best in class operations and a Return-on-Investment focused culture. Lead the analysis, reporting and reviews of product portfolios to ensure they remain competitive, fit for purpose, and meet customer needs (growth, margins, volumes). Preparation, analysis, and review of monthly cost of goods reports for all products identifying margin performance and trends. Close collaboration with Dev Ops and Project teams around the performance of customer Cloud costs to ensure optimal structure and margin improvement over time. Close strategic partnership with procurement and accounts payables teams around Vendor management leading negotiations with all technology accounts (priority account Microsoft Azure). Global responsibility for the reporting of “Paid Development” revenues and partnering with business leaders in expansion programs for customers with funded roadmap initiatives. Partnership with Sales Ops and Product teams to ensure that all product portfolios are ‘priced’ appropriately and on a commercial basis. Working cross functionally with Tax and RD teams to ensure that RD grants are maximising globally. Organisational support for RD leaders globally as business structures evolve ensuring industry best practices are followed and budget/funding levels are appropriate MA activity (technology/customer due diligence and post-acquisition integration). FPA / management accounting experience is desirable. Experience working in a multinational and SAAS organisations an advantage. Business partnering mindset is critical.
