Sustainability specialist AMCS is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Global Finance team in Limerick, Ireland.
AMCS is a leading provider of sustainability software solutions, with over 5,000 customers across 23 countries. The company is headquartered in Ireland and has offices in Europe, the USA, and Australasia.
The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic, analytical, and operational support to the Leadership Teams across the Global Product Business Units. This includes:
- Accountable for the global RD Budget
- Develop partnerships with product leadership teams to provide strategic support and financial guidance
- Lead all product financial and commercial business modelling
- Filter complex data into actionable insights and leverage data-driven approaches for decision-making and problem-solving
- Provide financial advice to enable the execution of business priorities and drive accountability
- Manage the investment forecast process for the Product and Development teams
- Lead the analysis, reporting and reviews of product portfolios
- Preparation, analysis, and review of monthly cost of goods reports
- Closing collaboration with Dev Ops and Project teams around the performance of customer Cloud costs
- Closing strategic partnership with procurement and accounts payables teams around Vendor management
- Global responsibility for the reporting of "Paid Development" revenues
- Partnership with Sales Ops and Product teams to ensure that all product portfolios are 'priced' appropriately
- Working cross functionally with Tax and RD teams to ensure that RD grants are maximising globally
- Organisational support for RD leaders globally
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years working in a senior and responsible role within a finance function
- FPA / management accounting experience is desirable
- Experience working in a multinational and SAAS organisations an advantage
- Business partnering mindset is critical
- Familiar with analytical tools such as Power BI, advanced excel and ERP systems
