**Senior Finance Manager Role** A senior finance professional is required to manage stakeholder relationships, financial records, and team development in a multinational pharmaceutical company. **Job Description** Join a Cork-based Pharmaceutical company with a significant presence in Cork, including a manufacturing site and a Shared Service Centre. The company discovers, develops, and commercialises innovative medicines in areas of unmet medical need. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple regions • Manage the Month End close, P&L and balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation and resolution • Ensure ledger integrity and financial compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Ensure financial records are in compliance with GAAP • Support, lead and manage the team • Develop and motivate team members through recruitment, retention, performance management and development • Contribute to the strategic focus and lead key priorities of the company • Manage internal and external auditors and supports quarter-end, interim and year-end audits • Coordinate Balance Sheet Reviews with the relevant EMEA Controller and Market Finance Leads for respective Market • Responsible for supporting and reviewing the Statutory Accounting Activities of a number of entities **Requirements** • Experienced finance professional, qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) • 8+ years experience with a multinational company • Proven people leadership and management skills **What You'll Get** • Salary of €90k+ • Full benefits package including pension, full Healthcare and more • Opportunity to develop and grow your career in a multinational company with a significant presence in Cork
