If you are currently looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and rewarding environment, please get in touch directly or contact my colleagues for more information.ABOUT THE ROLEOversee and manage the accounting close and financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate review of month-end close, P&L, balance sheet analysis, and reconciliations.Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, retention, motivation, and performance management, contributing to strategic goals and key priorities of the Finance org.Ensure financial compliance with GAAP, and applicable laws by maintaining ledger integrity and contributing to enhancement of the control environment.Drive continuous improvement by defining and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering a culture of excellence.Support and review statutory accounting activities, tax calculations, and related filings, and contribute to the monthly performance reporting packs.Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing accurate data for quarter-end, interim, and year-end audits, and coordinate Balance Sheet Reviews with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with various functions and cultures, manage multiple priorities.ABOUT THE PERSONMinimum 7-10 years of post-qualified experience, ideally in a multinational company.Experienced people manager with ability to motivate teams to deliver best in class support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ambitious, resilient, outgoing.Apply with your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
