Senior Financial Accountant (South Wicklow) An excellent opportunity has become available with an Irish MNC based in South Wicklow. This company has seen its business grow significantly in recent years due to international exports and growth plans. The company seeks a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a large portfolio of clients and financial matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Ongoing review and reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
- Variance Analysis reporting against budget and standards
- Liaise directly with external auditors as part of year-end audit
- Preparation of capital investment proposals (CAPEX)
- Financial Management of CAPEX projects
- Preparation of Budgets
- Continuous Improvement, work closely with clients management team to support a culture of continuous and operational improvement
- Recognised accountancy qualification
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
