A Senior Financial Accountant is sought for an Irish business that has expanded globally, requiring a skilled individual to drive decision-making and reporting efforts.
Barden is proud to partner with the CFO of a successful Irish business that has expanded globally in recent years. The company is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant who can contribute to commercial and reporting-focused initiatives.
About the Role:
- Prepare month-end reporting within assigned deadlines.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the business.
- Assist in preparing board reports for the group.
- Manage tax returns, VAT, and Intrastat.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and system/process improvements.
About the Person:
- A qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to act independently and as part of a team.
