Senior Financial Accountant sought to lead finance team in high-growth, international sector. Reporting directly to Director of Finance, this role aims for Finance Manager position in short to medium term. Key responsibilities: compile and review management accounts, prepare annual financial statements, lead month-end and year-end closing processes, review reconciliations, liaise with external auditors, mentor junior accounting staff, prepare and analyse monthly reporting, compile finance presentation for Board reporting, manage statutory accounts and tax returns, implement new accounting standards and policies, conduct variance analysis and identify trends. Required qualifications: qualified accountant, strong Excel skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think strategically, self-starter.
