We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant / Financial Controller to join our clients dynamic team in Kilkenny. This full-time, on-site role requires someone who excels in financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Oversee finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely, accurate financial reporting. Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyse variances. Develop and maintain internal control policies. Collaborate with external partners and report regularly to the CFO on financial and operational matters. Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) with 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in payroll, accounting software, and financial reporting.
