Barden has partnered with a leading Real Estate company in Dublin.

They are looking for an ambitious Qualified Accountant, with 1-4 years PQE, to take on the role of Senior Financial Accountant.

You will be based in their Dublin West office.

"The role is ideal for someone seeking to make a move into the real estate and construction industry, look after a portfolio of entities, and work alongside senior leadership. You will have exposure to C Suite Executives" – CFO

THE ROLE:

1. Preparation of monthly management accounts;
2. Co-ordinating the month-end close process;
3. Budgeting and Forecasting;
4. Preparation of the annual financial statements;
5. Involvement in ad-hoc projects.

THE PERSON:

1. Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
2. 1-4 Years PQE;
3. A self-starter and motivated;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation;
5. Team Player.
