Senior Financial Accountant sought for a leading Real Estate company in Dublin, with a portfolio of entities and exposure to C Suite Executives.
Barden has partnered with a leading Real Estate company in Dublin to find an ambitious Qualified Accountant with 1-4 years PQE to take on the role of Senior Financial Accountant.
The role is ideal for someone seeking to make a move into the real estate and construction industry and work alongside senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Co-ordinating the month-end close process;
- Budgeting and Forecasting;
- Preparation of the annual financial statements;
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
- 1-4 Years PQE;
- A self-starter and motivated;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation;
- Team Player.
