The firms client base primarily consists of Consultants, Dentists, GPs, Physiotherapists, and Veterinary Consultants. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of senior advisory experience, preferably working with high net worth clients and individuals with significant incomes requiring expert financial advice. In this role, you will be responsible for both servicing the existing client base and expanding it by acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will be based in the Munster region. You will be expected to formulate and present tailored financial solutions in the areas of wealth management and financial services. Developing and implementing a successful business plan to enhance the firms reputation and brand awareness will also be a key component of this role. Required Experience and Qualifications: QFA Qualification: All applicants must be fully QFA qualified. Third Level Qualification: Minimum educational requirement for this role. Senior Advisory Experience: A minimum of 5 years of senior advisory experience in financial services with a proven track record of growing and developing both existing and new client relationships. Financial Expertise: Excellent knowledge of investment products, markets, and the associated risk/return factors. Proficiency in all pension products, including their technicalities and associated tax guidelines. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and organize to maximize role efficiency. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse situations as they arise. Regulatory Compliance: understanding requirements outlined in MiFID regulations and the Consumer Protection Code 2012. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
