On behalf of our Dublin based client, Axiom Consultants are seeking two experienced Senior Financial Advisors for immediate starts. If you would like to find out more, please get in contact. Salary up to €75k plus benefits and bonus – dependent on experience. Responsibilities: – Identify financial services needs with potential and existing clients. – Provide professional holistic advice consistent with clients’ identified needs. – Provide rationale, recommendations, and solutions in a coherent manner. – Work with our paraplanning team in the construction of tailored solutions for our clients. – Ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and standards – Source new Life, Investment and Pensions business. – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. – Work to agreed targets and standards. Attributes: – 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar broker environment – Must be QFA qualified, RPA, SIA, CFP qualifications are desirable. – Strong knowledgeable of Life, Pensions, and Investment products – A positive working attitude with ability to work on own initiative. – Confident and professional with their approach to work – An excellent and proven history of meeting targets – Benefits include pension, life cover and income protection after probation period completed. – VHI company contribution – Education support – Excellent staff wellness program – Hybrid based role with time divided between Home and Office post training and induction period of 2 weeks. – Hybrid working – 2 days in the office with one of those days can be WFH each calendar month.
