Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst sought to drive financial strategy and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Purpose: Develop skills in finance partnering, business analysis, and project support, with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and consolidate month-end results for business areas.
- Analyze actual spend and variances to forecast and annual operating plan.
- Support R&D/External Funding team on various projects.
- Business partnering: provide financial support to business areas, review financial performance, and support forecast and budgets.
- Maintain effective control systems and ensure compliance with Corporate Policy, SOX, and GAAP.
- Support projects based on Finance and Business priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 5+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (advantageous).
- SAP experience (advantageous).
- Expert-level financial system and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvements.
