The purpose of this role will involve seeking out new business opportunities and growing new customer acquisition, whilst maintaining key customer relationships in a compliant manner. You are expected to identify & present a range of products to a portfolio of external customers to meet their needs. You will work in collaboration with the territory and support with Territory Sales training, coaching and developing the skills of your colleagues in the territory, and provide Affinity Scheme relationship management. The majority of your time will be spent covering agreed territories and you will represent the face of the organisation promoting services and products. You will work together with the Territory Team to enhance our customer experience and develop the Teams capabilities through our Omni-Channel model. Responsibilities: Agree, implement and review an annual compliant sales, service and activity plan, to plan workflow and ensure targets are achievable. Ensure the Capability Model is planned in advance and optimised daily, to maximise efficiency. Responsible for generating leads as well as following up on referrals as required, growing the number of new customers. Develop and manage an agreed portfolio of introducers, to maintain customer relationships and to increase revenue. Improve customer experience for new and existing customers, to lead to an increase of uptake on products and long-term customer retention and growth. Requirements: Full Valid Driver's Licence Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours for the relevant CPD years. Full knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and regulatory controls relating to the business. Awareness of competitors and market activity in retail financial services. Have a number of years? proven compliant experience in retail finance sales and service. This is a part time position based in PTSB Dublin North/North West Is this you?
