My client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Senior Foreman for an upcoming high-end refurbishment and conversion project based in Dublin 2.
As the Senior Foreman, you will take on a hands-on role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a major refurbishment project in Dublin.
This project involves converting the basement into a pub and constructing seven luxury apartments above.
The build is expected to last for a minimum of one year.
You must have a proven track record in managing high-value projects, handling client-facing responsibilities, and managing complex site operations.
Experience with conservation work and load-bearing wall removal is essential, as well as the ability to work on-site and assist the team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a Senior Foreman role, with a carpentry background preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing high-end refurbishment and conversion projects.
- Hands-on construction experience, with the willingness to work on the tools as required.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including attending site meetings and providing project updates.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining a smooth workflow on-site.

- Overseeing all construction activities to ensure the project meets deadlines and stays within budget.
