Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Formwork Designer or Formwork Designer to develop efficient and safe design solutions for Doka's formwork equipment, providing technical assistance to customers and collaborating with sales and operations personnel. **Job Description**: Doka, a family-owned company with over 150 years of experience, offers temporary works solutions for a wide range of site concreting activities. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team. - Develop technical solutions, including Auto CAD drawings, and provide material lists for quotations and operations. - Collaborate with sales and operations personnel to provide technical assistance to customers. - Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments and interact confidently with customers. - Produce formal calculations for customer approval and develop efficiencies within the Engineering Department. - Collaborate with team members to achieve challenging deadlines and provide solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders. **Requirements**: - Technical education in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of formwork design experience, preferably in the civil engineering/infrastructure sector. - Experience with designing formwork for heavy civil engineering and road/rail applications. - Detailed knowledge of construction methods and competencies in interpreting client drawings and design briefs. - Strong statics knowledge and experience of checking other designers' work. - Good understanding of health and safety and designing out risks. - Knowledge of method statements and design risk assessments. **What We Offer**: - Attractive employee benefits. - Doka Formwork Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer, committed to equal employment opportunities and merit-based decisions.
