For each country that we cover, we provide employment contracts, communicate important employment obligations, and guide our customers on how to be a ‘good’ employer based on the culture and laws in that country. Key users of the product are, of course, the customer and the employee but also in-country partners (payroll, benefits, etc) and Boundless payroll and HR teams.As the Product Manager at Boundless, you will be responsible for advocating for all our users. You will be reporting into our CPTO and will be working alongside all our internal stakeholders to solve validated problems for our users. This is an exciting time to join a growing team and be the person shaping that growth.We are offering a base salary of €100,000 - €120,000, plus equity. The position, whilst remote, will be based within a European timezone.In this role, you will be responsible for:Vision & RoadmappingObsessing about user needs, behaviours and requests and connecting with customers to ensure we are serving them with our vision and roadmap.Working with C-Team on product vision.Aligning internal stakeholders on vision for our product.Creating an actionable roadmap for bringing our vision to production.Prioritisation of roadmap work vs ad-hoc needs.Feature and System Definition & DeliveryUnderstanding the individual problems we are trying to solve through research and talking to stakeholders.Developing software solutions, and internal systems where relevant, to address validated user problems.Fielding engineering team for input on solution design.Translating solutions into actionable specifications to feed the engineering backlog.Implementing phased approaches for larger pieces of work.Release, QA & MeasurementOwning the delivery and management of feature release in conjunction with the marketing and customer experience teams.Coordinating internal systems changes where relevant.Defining and tracking success criteria for features.QA strategy and planning alongside CPTO.Team and ProcessRunning and improving processes across the software development lifecycle including sprints, feature requests, bugs and roadmapping.Documentation across the board, from systems and processes to individual features and release plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
