The Senior FP&A Manager/Head of FP&A is at the forefront of our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, playing a pivotal role in our high-growth trajectory. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strategic thinker who can manage large volumes of data and translate complex financial information into actionable insights for the Executive Team & the Board of Directors. You will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting cycles, managing cash flow, and delivering high-impact analytics that guide business decisions.You are a self-starter & proactive problem solver working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Tech Teams providing a financial lens to assist a fast-growing international Group achieve its overall financial objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBudgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of financial models and forecasts that align with our strategic objectives. Manage ongoing budgeting cycles, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasts that reflect business performance and market conditions.Cash Flow: Oversee cash flow forecasting, monitoring liquidity, and making recommendations to optimize working capital.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support long-term planning and strategic initiatives. Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and scenario planning, to the Executive team and Board of Directors.Data Management & Analytics: Manage large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and relevance in all financial reports and analyses. Leverage advanced analytics to provide deep insights into business performance, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex financial data in a concise, compelling, and storytelling manner.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as a key financial partner to business leaders, providing strategic guidance and support on financial matters. Present financial data and insights to key stakeholders, translating complex information into clear and actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product and Tech Teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business objectives.Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the professional development of team members, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Proven ability to manage large datasets and use analytics to drive business insights and decisions.Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of collaborating with non-finance professionals.Proven experience in a fast-paced working environment.A confident self-starter with ability to work on own initiative.Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints.Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail while seeing the bigger picture.Team player with very strong communication skills.Expert Excel/modeling skills; strong Data Visualization & PowerPoint/presentation skills.Experience using financial planning tools and Power BI.Ability to operate across time zones.Experience in a multinational B2B subscription and Services business desirable.Experience leading teams and mentoring/coaching direct reports.Experience working at diverse levels across a multinational organization including the ability to influence at Executive Committee and C-suite level.Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaborate as part of a team with the ability to build effective partnerships with all stakeholders.Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and problem-solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
