Highly experienced FP&A professional sought to lead European FP&A team at a large Investment Bank. Key responsibilities include multi-year planning, regional management, and financial reporting, as well as ad-hoc support to senior management. Requirements include ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification, 7+ years of PQE, and experience in Financial Services, preferably in Investment/C Corporate Banking. **Key Responsibilities:** Collaborate on European Expansion Project, focusing on Financial Projections Compile and submit project status reports to management and stakeholders Partner with stakeholders for efficient project implementation Challenge business assumptions to ensure cohesive business strategy Facilitate stress testing scenarios with stress team Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting Lead Monthly Operating Results for senior management Develop annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes Build relationships with key business/finance partners and stakeholders Communicate recommendations to senior management Work independently in a fast-paced environment **Requirements:** ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified accountant with 7+ years of PQE Financial Services experience, preferably in Investment/Corporate Banking Understanding of management and financial reporting processes Strong attention to detail High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
