**Senior Software Engineer** Transform healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions, driving a more connected and effective care experience for all. We're seeking a technically skilled and passionate individual to lead the UI strategy for our application team, developing and sustaining innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. **About the Role** As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and vision for our application team on a new UI platform. You will lead the UI strategy for the application team, allowing us to utilize UI components from the UI platform team and combine and maintain effortless UI delivery onto a shared platform application. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain scalable, robust software solutions using React Native and React • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle • Deliver customer-focused releases through iterative development • Ensure simplicity and maintainability in software design • Collaborate across teams to meet organizational needs • Promote a culture of inclusive collaboration and continuous learning • Ensure application observability in the form of metrics, logging, and monitoring • Provide technical mentorship to adjacent team members **Requirements** • 5+ years of work experience in frontend development • React Preferred • Proficiency in React and React Native, with experience in developing mobile applications • Solid foundation in software engineering principles: problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, and patterns • Solid understanding and exposure to languages such as Javascript, Typescript, C#, Go, or others • Experience in full-stack development, capable of shipping and operating large-scale systems • Solid SQL skills and familiarity with RDBMS like SQL Server or Postgre SQL • Understanding of distributed systems design, implementation, and operation • Familiarity with at least one cloud vendor: Azure, AWS, or GCP • Effective communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Experience with asynchronous, event-based architectures • Experience in native device development for iOS or Android • Proficiency in technologies like REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform • Knowledge of Application and Performance Monitoring platforms, e.g., New Relic • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with agile methodologies
