Job Description
As a Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and comparing listed and OTC position valuations
- Working with clients to resolve price challenges and answer valuation questions
- Running OTC pricing models to independently value derivatives held by our hedge fund clients
- Reviewing fund valuation policies and applying valuation methodologies
- Developing and improving pricing processes and infrastructure
- Liaising with internal functional teams to resolve valuation issues
- Training and mentoring junior team members
- Staying up-to-date with industry and accounting guidance, such as FAS157
- Researching markets, conventions, and reporting standards

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or Economics from a top university
- CFA, MBA, or Master in Finance designations a plus
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, markets, derivatives valuation, and financial engineering
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn Excel VBA and SQL
