Job Description

Our client's specialise in fund services, private client services, capital markets and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of funds. Based in central Dublin, a valid work permit is essential. Position Overview Apply current accounting standards (UK GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP) and best practice to report production. Calculate and review of NAVs as required by individual funds. Understand all entities within the fund structure, their transactions and reporting requirements. Coordinate with clients and advisers. Support the administration team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and accounting. Work collaboratively with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits for fund-related entities, meet regulatory and statutory reporting requirements and align accounting responsibilities with listing requirements. Participate in the training, development and appraisal of the accounting team to maintain quality control and improve performance. Assist in ad hoc projects. About You You have 3+ years experience in fund accounting Relevant bachelor's and/or masters degree. Holding an ACA or ACCA qualification will be a strong advantage. (part-qualified or interested in undertaking this qualification) Advanced Excel skills and strong IT skills. Previous experience with fund accounting software like Geneva or Investran.
