Job Description
Seeking a Private Equity, Private Debt or Real-Estate professional with 3+ years of experience and a relevant degree, to provide accounting services to fund-related entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply current accounting standards and best practice to report production
- Calculate NAVs as required by individual funds
- Understand all entities within the fund structure, their transactions and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with clients and advisers
- Support the administration team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and accounting
- Work collaboratively with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits for fund-related entities, meet regulatory and statutory reporting requirements and align accounting responsibilities with listing requirements
- Participate in the training, development and appraisal of the accounting team to maintain quality control and improve performance
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in private equity, private debt or real-estate
- Relevant bachelor's and/or master's degree
- ACA or ACCA qualification is a strong advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, presentational, written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritisation skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong IT skills
- Familiarity with Geneva or Investran (eFront)
- Familiarity with sustainable investments and renewable energy funds is advantageous
