A global financial services organisation, specialising in private markets, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Fund Monitoring Analyst to join their team in Dublin city centre. This exciting opportunity sits within the alternatives investments team, with a primary focus on investment control, oversight, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities: Collaborate with international teams to manage investment monitoring activities. Monitor and analyse the performance of private equity programs and investments. Reconcile monthly valuations prepared by fund administrators. Oversee and coordinate the work of external service providers to ensure quality and accuracy. Prepare detailed periodic reports for private equity portfolios. Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and performance tracking for funds. Requirements: Degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in private equity or an investment fund monitoring role. Experience coordinating with third-party fund administrators and reviewing their work. Strong technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (with advanced skills in Excel). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. A critical thinker who seeks to understand the broader impact of investment activities on private equity programs. The salary range for this role is €55k - €65K, however negotiable depending on experience.
