Senior Fund Oversight Analyst role at a boutique Dublin-based fund service provider requires expertise in fund operations, NAV activities, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee departmental NAV activities and sign-off procedures.
• Participate in fund onboarding and auditing processes.
• Monitor service provider management framework to ensure compliance with SLA terms.
• Engage in fund board meetings reports production.
• Oversight of fund regulatory returns and compliance administration.
• Ensure operational processes and internal controls are in place.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Fund Administration/Investment management operations.
• Solid knowledge of NAV production for various fund types/structures.
• Private Equity experience is advantageous.
• Strong relationship management skills and client deliverables focus.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a cross-divisional environment.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualification is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills.
