Senior Global Product Manager We are hiring a Senior Global Product Manager to join us in Dublin.Let's talk about the role:Product Managers at ResMed sit at an exciting intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty! On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, build a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy.In addition to your obsession for our consumers, you will be data driven and develop deep knowledge of our business and market. The role involves defining a user experience and product based on a strategic vision, requirements gathering and feature performance evaluation and iteration.The role also requires you to build strong working relationships with Engineering, UX, Delivery Management, Marketing, Privacy, Regulatory and Legal.Your role will be key in helping to change the lives of millions of patients, as well as creating significant & direct business impact.Let's talk about responsibilities:You'll use your passion for technology and solving customer problems to develop and drive new products/product features with your product team.Identify key areas of unmet needs & opportunity for your segment of the consumer experience and develop a roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.Lead your product team through discovery and delivery activities; sharing consumer and business opportunities, defining requirements, conducting interviews and testing concepts, and analyzing product data.Play a key role in defining and driving the vision and strategy for our digital consumer experience aligned with the Consumer Solutions outcomes based roadmap and Global Product Strategy.Build strong relationships and influence with the global Product leaders across our connected solutions eco-systems in order to deliver customer and business outcomes.Make hard trade-offs and prioritization decisions between high-value items.Build excellence in market knowledge, trends and understanding, including competitive analysis and other industry intel.Participate in go-to-market strategy development and support marketing with new product introduction activities in regions to ensure optimal business success.Defines and analyzes metrics for launched products. Uses data to deeply understand how the product is actually used by users and how this provides insights for improvements.Influence senior leaders across ResMed and communicate ResMed Consumer Digital vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.Acts as key collaborator and connector between teams and functions to ensure strong communication and effective team work to deliver on roadmap and meet customer and business needs.Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels (including Senior Leadership) and global marketing teams across a geographically dispersed organization.Demonstrate resilience, creativity and flexibility in dealing with driving Solutions that span several business units and reporting structures – able to navigate the complexity of a global, multi-layered organization.Let’s talk about qualifications and experience:RequiredDegree qualification in a Marketing, Business, Scientific, or Engineering discipline.6+ years’ experience in consumer product development (Product Management preferred), ideally including the mobile space.Experience driving product discovery, including feature breakdown, user story creation, and defining requirements.Demonstrated experience in driving outcomes through product development.Ability to think strategically on critical business needs, and to execute to deliver against them.Highly analytical demeanour with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with individuals at all levels.Excellent oral and written communication skills.You have intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn new skills, and are excited by analytical problems and new challenges.You have experience influencing teams and delivering with and through cross-functional teams.Able to cut through complexity to provide clear and concise guidance and decision making.PreferredYou have experience delivering value with products that have scaled to millions of users.You not only understand the technical side of the business but you already understand the healthcare industry, with past experience delivering complex products in the Healthcare Technology space.You bring proven experience defining customer requirements in big data platforms, data analytics or related technologies.Additional information:At ResMed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on your position within the organisation.Working from home flexibility occasionally.You also have access to a referral bonus and to ResMed's preferred shareholding programme.Competitive benefits (Pension, Long-Term Illness Protection, Health Insurance...).Gym membership allowance, Cycle to Work Scheme.Internal career opportunity - joining an international fast-paced and massively growing company.OK, so what’s next?Ready to get into bed with us?
