Job Description
Our client, a global leader in OTC healthcare and wellness solutions, is seeking a Senior GMP Auditor to support the planning, scheduling, and conducting of external audits.
Manage audits, analyse data, and ensure compliance with GxP standards in a dynamic and growing team at a corporate HQ in Dublin.
- Coordinate with sites to collect relevant information and products involved in audits.
- Follow up with auditees to arrange schedules and discuss scope and logistical details.
- Expertly analyse audit data to identify deviations from GxP standards.
- Keep detailed audit records and manage audit requests in Trackwise AIM.
- Define and convey audit scope, plan, and agenda.
- Organise time and tasks to ensure thorough preparation and smooth execution of audits.
- Prepare and submit audit and observation reports promptly.
- Review and evaluate audit observations and assess proposed corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead projects around continuous improvement of Audit Systems.
• Degree qualification in Engineering or Science related, preferably. • 5+ years working in a GxP-regulated industry (quality and/or auditing). • Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation. • Quality Auditor certification is preferable. • Self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
