Senior Group Lead Location: Co. Galway Job Type: (Evening Shift) Role Overview As a Senior Group Lead, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the evening shift production team. This includes supervising Group Leaders and Production Operators, managing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of up to 4 Group Leaders and approximately 60 Production Operators, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere. Production Management: Coordinate staffing, oversee production schedules, and manage budgets to meet production targets. Quality Control: Ensure quality standards and procedures are met, addressing any issues promptly. Continuous Improvement: Implement and maintain 5S, cross-training, and job rotation to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support R&D projects and new product introductions, keeping Customer Operations updated. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a Group Leader or similar role. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to manage independently and work across departments. Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, with a commitment to meeting customer needs and improving processes.
