Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join their award winning Health and Safety Team in North Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across their civil engineering and utilities projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on all health and safety matters. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Deliver safety training and promote a culture of safety within the organization. Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and industry best practices. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction / civil engineering or utilities sector. In-depth knowledge of Irish health and safety regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
