**Senior Health and Safety Supervisor Job Description**
Summary: Lead the implementation of a professional health and safety culture across all sites, conduct safety inspections, and assist with investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in health and safety practices.
- Assist in the roll-out of company strategy and expectations within SOPs and guidance.
- Conduct high-quality safety inspections of workplaces.
- Perform risk reviews and attend sites following accidents/incidents to assist with investigations.
- Liaise with enforcement authorities for routine visits or investigations.
- Understand and tailor management systems to meet bespoke client requirements.
- Coach staff at all levels in health and safety expectations and standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Health and Safety professional.
- NEBOSH Construction Diploma or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L5 on Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent.
- Temp Works Awareness including knowledge of TWC role.
- Incident Investigation Training.
