Job Description
Senior Health & Safety Advisor role in Dublin requires a professional with 10+ years of construction industry experience and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of company health and safety strategy and expectations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk reviews of Sisk workplaces.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and liaise with enforcement authorities as needed.
- Develop and implement bespoke client management systems.
- Coach staff on health and safety expectations and standards.
- Foster innovative ideas for enhanced safety performance.
- Deliver training and share knowledge on environmental principles and management.
Requirements
- At least 10 years in construction industry, ideally in Pharma.
- At least 10 years as a Health and Safety professional.
- Strong leadership and training skills.
- Effective time and organisation management.
- NEBOSH Construction Diploma or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L5 on Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent.
- Internal Auditor.
