Senior Health & Safety Advisor 12130 Senior Health & Safety Advisor required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 contractors in Dublin.The successful candidate will be reporting directly into Group Health and Safety Manager. Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation. Establish and implement site-specific construction EHS Plan. Develop and manage risk assessments & method statements. Create SOPs and provide training to site personnel. Report, investigate, and communicate incidents and root causes. Conduct scheduled Toolbox Talks for Safety Alerts. Complete and record statutory forms and inspections promptly. Provide EHS project and documentation support. Advise on project training and first aid requirements. Fulfil additional duties as requested by Group EHS Manager. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position. Relevant qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH) Experience working on a large-scale project with a Main Contractor. Working knowledge of lifting operations, temporary works, incident investigations and health & safety audits. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
