Candidate Requirements: ISM Recruitment are looking for an experienced, hardworking recruitment consultant, who is a self-starter with 2-3 years' experience in agency healthcare recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and delivering client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive on developing new business and developing their own business within a business with the aim of becoming an a leading expert in their industry field. Experience in successfully leading a team of recruitment consultants to deliver quality recruitment services to both candidates and clients. The ability to work efficiently, accurately and consistently within a face paced environment. Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary including commission & allowance €45-55K in Year 1 Competitive & Transparent Commission Structure - one of the best in the industry.
