Job Description
Senior HR Business Partner - Ireland
- Assist delivery of strategic and operational HR agenda to aligned business areas in ROI and NI
- Implement global and local HR strategy, policies, processes and controls
- Advise business area leaders and HR Partners on HR and employee relations matters
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Partners on Trade Unions relations
- Develop recruitment and skills development plans
- Partner with business on organisation design initiatives
- Coach leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience
- Project management experience
- Change planning and management experience in fast-paced environment
- Trade Union relations experience preferred
- Experience handling sensitive data and complex projects
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- CIPD membership preferred
- Negotiation and coaching skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
