Senior HR Business Partner sought for a 12-month contract in Dublin, Ireland.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the site senior leadership team to provide expert HR guidance and build a strong community of leaders.
- Collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver a comprehensive strategy ensuring positive engagement with employees, strong culture awareness, and business growth.
- Designing and driving the Talent Management strategy for the site.
- Managing and delivering multiple culture and employee engagement initiatives to ensure positive employee relations.
- Proposing, developing, and executing continuous improvement projects to ensure the company is a Great Place to Work.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in HR or a relevant discipline, with a master's degree and/or CIPD membership.
- 5+ years of dedicated strategic HR experience, with expertise in designing and implementing integrated Talent Management Strategies.
- Possess a diverse and inclusive mindset, with the ability to balance and drive HR and site goals, locally and globally.
- Have previously used a data-driven, evidence-based approach to drive decisions, demonstrating the value of the HR function.
