Senior HR Business Partner Due to continued success and expansion, our client a market leader in Logistics, Sales, and Marketing solutions is seeking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to join their head office team in North Dublin/ Meath . This is a dynamic team therefore our client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who aligns with their passion for people and values. This is a true generalist role, touching all aspects of the employee lifecycle: Onboarding & Engagement, Leadership Development, Reward & Recognition, Culture, and People Planning. You will build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders and work with some of the world's leading brands. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partner: Collaborate with managers and business leads to execute people strategies aligned with business goals. Recruitment Support: Partner with the Group Talent Manager to manage recruitment campaigns, conduct interviews, and promote apprenticeship schemes. Employee Relations: Support colleagues throughout the employment lifecycle, offering guidance on Employee Relations and managing legislative changes. Training & Development: Partner with the L&D Lead to design and deliver training programs, including performance reviews, HR system training, and absence management. Change Management: Execute formal change management programs from concept to completion. Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate and sign off on bonus processes and manage payroll processes for protected leave. HR Initiatives: Support HR-led initiatives, project work, and award submissions that reflect our clients' values. Engagement Champion: Drive employee engagement through surveys and other initiatives. What our client is looking for A strategic thinker with 7+ years of experience in a generalist HR / Sr HRBP role - Retail or FMCG is advantageous however all experience is considered A strong communicator who excels at building relationships and can be a trusted adviser to the business. A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. A champion for change, resilient, and driven by results. CIPD (or related) membership is desirable, along with a primary degree in a relevant discipline (Master's preferred).
