Senior HR Business Partner sought for a high-profile company in national infrastructure and technical services in the Shannon region.
Job Description:
We are seeking a senior level HR professional to provide strategic level HR support and servicing to diverse teams across 3 company sites.
- Lead ER and IR engagements for these sites, including union engagement
- Oversee training and L&D initiatives
- Manage recruitment processes for complex/senior level roles
- HR risk management and implementing change
- Comps/bens oversight and providing HR guidance and advice to local management groups
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline
- 4-5+ years' experience in a senior level HR role
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications
- Excellent attention to detail and inter-personal skills
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on projects
- Own car and full license for nationwide travel
