About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Transitions business in Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations for our Transitions business across multiple regions, ensuring consistency in HR practices while respecting local employment laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams across different countries to ensure global alignment in HR strategy.
  • Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, particularly in Ireland and Europe.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by designing and implementing professional development programs that enhance skills and career growth.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with Irish and international labor laws.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through well-designed benefits, recognition programs, and a positive work environment.
  • Promote DEI initiatives across the company, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • HR experience, 7+ years.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationship with executive levels and work with European stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish and European employment laws.
  • Experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
