Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Transitions business in Ireland. This role will work closely with General Managers and senior business leaders to transform the business and drive the HR agenda. Key responsibilities include leading and managing HR operations, collaborating with global teams, change management, strategic talent management, employee development, compliance and policy development, employee engagement and retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 7+ years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of Irish and European employment laws. They must be able to build trusted relationships with executive levels, work with European stakeholders, and influence on executive level. Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential.
