You will be responsible for providing broad HR generalist support across various functions. You will oversee performance management processes and employee relations, support learning and development initiatives, track, implement, and develop HR policies and procedures, and manage the HRIS system. Ideal candidate: 6+ years experience within a professional services or corporate environment. Degree in HR or relevant discipline and CIPD certification. Knowledge of Employment Law Broad generalist background with employee relations experience.
