Job Description

Senior HR Manager sought for a major player in the green energy & clean tech sector, to lead the HR function and drive strategic growth.

As a key member of the senior management group, you will cover a broad remit across the HR function, including leading HR projects, implementing new policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing training and development programs, and ensuring top talent is retained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading HR projects and implementing new policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations and ER/IR engagement duties
  • Overseeing training and development programs
  • Running complex recruitment processes
  • Designing and implementing the annual HR strategy and key goals
  • Monitoring the HR departmental budget
  • Providing guidance to operations managers on HR matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline
  • 4-5+ years experience in a HR Manager or senior HR BP/Generalist role
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on projects
