Senior HR Manager
A highly experienced HR professional is sought to lead the HR function in a major player in the green energy & clean tech sector, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing a broad remit across the HR function.
The Job
- Lead HR projects, implement new HR policies & procedures, and manage employee relations and industrial relations
- Oversee training and development programs, run complex recruitment processes, and ensure top talent is retained
- Design and implement the annual HR strategy and key goals, monitor the HR departmental budget, and provide guidance to operations managers
Requirements
- 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline
- 4-5+ years experience in a HR Manager or senior HR BP/Generalist role
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on projects
