Key Responsibilities for Senior HR Manager
Summary: Experienced Senior HR Manager sought to lead the HR function in a major player in the green energy & clean tech sector.
Job Description:
As a key part of the senior management group, you will cover a broad remit across the HR function, including leading HR projects, implementing new HR policies & procedures, and overseeing the training/L&D programmes.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive business results
- Implement new HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills
- Run complex recruitment processes to attract top talent
- Design and implement the annual HR strategy and key goals
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline
- 4-5+ years experience in a HR Manager or senior HR BP/Generalist role
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on projects
