Key Responsibilities for Senior HR Manager

Summary: Experienced Senior HR Manager sought to lead the HR function in a major player in the green energy & clean tech sector.

Job Description:

As a key part of the senior management group, you will cover a broad remit across the HR function, including leading HR projects, implementing new HR policies & procedures, and overseeing the training/L&D programmes.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive business results
  • Implement new HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills
  • Run complex recruitment processes to attract top talent
  • Design and implement the annual HR strategy and key goals

Requirements:

  • 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline
  • 4-5+ years experience in a HR Manager or senior HR BP/Generalist role
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on projects
