Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support at local sites in Ireland, working closely with different business entities.
- Harmonize and standardize HR processes across various business units, ensuring alignment with local and global requirements.
- Handle pre-payroll tasks, including gathering and verifying employee data.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to implement and adhere to global policies and best practices.
- Support the execution of change management projects in coordination with relevant departments.
- Serve as the point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and social regulations across various business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes, expense management, and employee time tracking.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance, especially with regard to global HR standards.
- Experience in collaborating with different business entities and supporting change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
- A structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complex issues.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English.
