Join our dynamic Human Resources Team in Dublin, Ireland, and be part of a global law firm with over 80 Lawyers and 31 Partners. The role provides HR guidance, coaching, and support to senior management and employees, and involves business partnering, resourcing, and project work. You will work closely with the HR Business Partnering team, key stakeholders, and partners within the business. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive forward fresh initiatives and projects. You will be supported by a number of Advisors and a shared service HR administration team. Key responsibilities include:
Business Partnering:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management and employees.
- Influencing key decisions and contributing to strategic debate.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on HR related matters.
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Resourcing:
- Overseeing recruitment for the Ireland office.
- Liaising with recruiting line managers and supporting the selection process.
- Overseeing new joiners and supporting leavers.
