Job Description

Senior Human Factors Engineers lead human factors and usability validation for medical device products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include leading human factors studies, gathering insights into user groups, and ensuring compliance with US/EU regulations and medical industry standards. Qualifications include a MS/PhD in Biomedical Engineering or related field, with 5+ years in medical device human factors validation. Experience working with end users, strong knowledge of ISO standards and FDA guidance on usability, and excellent communication skills are required. Usability testing and risk management skills are also necessary. This position is for €70-90/hour DOE. Key skills include human factors, usability, and medical devices.
