Job Description
Senior Human Factors Engineers lead human factors and usability validation for medical device products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include leading human factors studies, gathering insights into user groups, and ensuring compliance with US/EU regulations and medical industry standards. Qualifications include a MS/PhD in Biomedical Engineering or related field, with 5+ years in medical device human factors validation. Experience working with end users, strong knowledge of ISO standards and FDA guidance on usability, and excellent communication skills are required.
