Senior Human Resources Partner

Based in Harold's Cross

The post holder will work in partnership with managers and staff in the HSPC and Management/Administrative departments to provide advice and support on all HR and employee and industrial relations matters. The post holder will also be the SAP lead in the HR department.

SAP refers to the OLH&CS Integrated Time Management, Payroll and HR System. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and Training and the HR team to implement the HR strategy, including HR related training, projects, initiatives and policy.

Key requirements:

* Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HR
* CIPD membership
* Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience working in a fast-paced HR department
* 1 year's experience in a management/senior HR role
* Experience with industrial relations matters
* Experience delivering training to groups and facilitating teams
* Strong background in project management
* Experience representing employer at third party forums under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word/Excel/Power Point etc.)
* Experience of reporting from SAP HR/Payroll system
